Many people do not remember a time in business when there were no cell phones, but I can. In fact when I started in business we did not have any cell phones and all the long-distance phone calls meant you had use a Watts line, which was very expensive. You could not send someone a fax they had not been invented yet. Today business people have all sorts of communication tools and it is amazing that they don't use them to their full ability. The efficiency of cell phones and other business communication tools has improved the way we do business and made things possible which were never possible before. This "Business at the speed of Thought" was a term coined by Bill Gates and if you look at cell phones they literally have changed the way we do business and made it possible to do business at the speed of thought. Now if you have a thought you simply pick up the phone and make that call. Cell phones have changed life on the planet for all businesses both large corporations and small.

Several websites on the Internet provide information on the latest in the wireless world. Sony Ericsson W600 phone, for example, come loaded with the latest technology like Bluetooth, FM Stereo, 1.3 mega pixel camera, 3D landscape gaming, extra long battery life and huge internal memory. This phone can be had for free with rebates such as customer loyalty, Cingular wireless and wireless device mail-ins. Nokia has also come up with its latest models including 6610i, 7270, 1600, 6060 and 6681. Samsung?s latest models include V200, X100, X460, X480 and X600. Other mobile phone companies such as Motorola and Philips have also come up with several new phone models to expand their existing range of high end cell phones. Many of these phones have the latest features, most of which are much improved versions of their existing features. These features include battery life, camera resolution, infra red and Bluetooth compatibility, MP3 players and games.

For those people who already had a hep cell phone but could not upgrade to their cell phone, it was a let down. Companies are very much in the know how of the existence of this problem and they are working towards resolving it. The main problem lies in the various forms in which a SIM is encrypted. To some extent it will be able to bring this change but still it will not apply to all phones. Apple is trying to resolve most of the problems but still all cell phones will not get the advantage which means you will have to transfer the entire relevant data on paper from your old phone. But it will save you from a lot of problems that you may face down the road. As in most cell phones where you can easily change the SIM card.

Mobile phones cause of allergies?

According to a Art and Design Japanese doctor, Dr. Hajime Kimata, microwaves emitted by mobile phones may cause allergies. The radiation emitted by the "cell" can stimulate in the blood antigens. The consequences of this action is to strengthen the body allergic reaction to dust, pollen and animal hair. A study conducted on a group of 52 persons having already prone to allergies has confirmed the theory of Dr. Kimata. To be able to talk about the harmful effects of mobile phones in allergy are required, however, undoubtedly, further performed on a larger scale study.

Zain, Ericsson and GSMA continue their cooperation

Ericsson and African mobile operator Zain take part in an initiative coordinated by the GSM Association (GSMA), whose goal is to save people's lives and create better conditions for economic development in the region of Lake Victoria by extending mobile phone networks in the three East African countries. The initiative covers the area of the lake, which focuses on 80% of the fisheries. This will allow its residents voice communication and SMS-owa through mobile phones, which in turn will facilitate the socio-economic development of local communities and can reduce the number of fatal accidents related to fishing.
