I have not figured out the safest place to attach the devices, so that they will not injure me if I fall. Any thoughts? I carry a small amplifier in my breast pocket comfortably. I have never hit my chest on the ice nor have I seen this happen to anyone else. Also, I carry stuff in my side jacket pockets, such as a cassette recorder, with no problem. However, I only use this for MIF patterns that I am perfecting. Sling Skate Buy ALTOIDS!!! Thanks for the support UK.

I use a very small MP3 p_layer_ with earphones. I clip it at my waist, between navel and hip, which so far, is a safe place. DB

<< I have not figured out the safest place to attach the devices, so that they will not injure me if I fall. I place mine behind my left hip - I don't fall too much and when I do fall it's mostly on my right hip. Speaking of MP3s, I need to buy a new one. The new Yepps made by Samsung are Mac and PC compatible and don't cost $399 like the iPods. Jeanne

If I only use the p_layer_ and amplifier for dance (and maybe MITF), your suggested locations should be reasonably safe. BTW, I did land on my chest once, but that was doing power forward cross-over lobes. I tripped on my toe pick and went considerably airborne. ;-( - David
