For those people who already had a hep cell phone but could not upgrade to their cell phone, it was a let down. Companies are very much in the know how of the existence of this problem and they are working towards resolving it. The main problem lies in the various forms in which a SIM is encrypted. One doctor has said that children under 8 should not use a cell phone because children have thinner skulls than adults, and their nervous systems are still developing so children are particularly vulnerable to tumors on the nerve connecting your ear to your brain.
