why won't you use acutane or retin-A? these really work and are only needed for a short time. Just make sure you don't get pregnant is the only no-no. They DO work - I know - see my post further on. I thought like you and suffered for far too long. Don't be like me - I began a completely new acne-free life after taking Roaccutane - so don't be too precious will you? I did try retin-A several years back, in high school, and stopped because it tore up my face

Same here! Accutane and sunscreen should be fine but I also have pale skin and Retin-A caused me to miss work with what it did to my face.. it was like chemical burns and I did not go out in the sun at all! My skin couldn't even handle a small amount of Retin-A.. it was HORRIBLE!
